Château Montlandrie的葡萄園位於Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux的石灰岩高原上，總面積12公頃，面向南坡，海拔高達近90米，享有優越的日照和排水條件。土壤由石灰岩、黏土和碎石組成，類似Saint-Émilion的經典風土，卻以更親民的價格提供高品質酒款。葡萄園分為15個地塊，種植密度達每公頃6,000株藤蔓，平均樹齡約25年。紅葡萄品種包括Merlot（75%）、Cabernet Franc（20%）和Cabernet Sauvignon（5%，自2009年起引入新克隆品種），這些葡萄樹經過嚴格的綠色收穫、葉片修剪和產量控制，確保每顆葡萄的濃郁風味。白葡萄僅佔少部分（約0.8公頃，包括Sauvignon Blanc和Semillon），但主要用於其他實驗性酒款。2017年份的採收於9月20日至26日完成Merlot，9月28日採收Cabernet品種，避開霜害影響，產量約43,000瓶。釀造過程採用小批量溫控不鏽鋼槽發酵（24至82公頃升），允許地塊別獨立處理，後轉入40%全新法國橡木桶陳年14個月，賦予酒款絲滑質感和微妙香料層次。這種精準工藝，讓Montlandrie成為Castillon的標竿，完美平衡力量與優雅。
