Taylor's Winery is located in the Douro Valley in Portugal. It has a history of more than 300 years and is one of the oldest Port wine companies. He was entirely dedicated to the production of Port wine and is world-famous for his legendary vintages.

The well-known wine critic Robert Parker once described Taylor's as the Chateau Latour of Port! Taylor's is regarded as the benchmark of Vintage Port. His representative work is Vintage Port, which has received numerous honors and is famous for its elegance, grace, restrained power and longevity. Even Parker favors him. Taylor is one of only three Portuguese wineries listed in Parker's book The World's Greatest Wines and Chateaux. In the book, Parker writes: "Taylor's wines are the most expensive vintages of Port, for obvious reasons, firstly, their longevity and, secondly, their remarkable complexity and richness. ." Among them, the 1992 and 1948 Vintage Ports both received perfect scores of 100 points from Robert Parker!

Taylor Winery has been family-run for many years and not only owns its own vineyards, but also purchases grapes from winegrowers with whom it has been partnered for generations. The grapes used for the company's best ports come from the steep, rocky slopes of the Douro Valley, where grapes have been grown as far back as Roman times. In the 4th century after its establishment, Taylor Winery is considered one of the best Port wine companies in the world, with its products sold to a total of 54 countries around the world.
