Rancore (吶喊)這葡萄酒是意大意名莊Marchesi Antinori（安東尼世家）前首席釀酒師Andrea Paoletti（安德里亞·帕萊蒂）的閉關之作！Andrea Paoletti來自意大利Toscana（托斯卡納）的著名釀酒師(意大利已故傳奇釀酒師Giulo Gambelli的弟子) ，也是一位知名農業學家，更是意大利名酒之一Super TuscanTignanello（天娜）的始創人，曾任多款意大利名酒的釀酒顧問。

年產量只有5000瓶，加入心愛的Pinot Noir

Andrea把年產量只有5000瓶的這款用了Sangiovese、Merlot和Pinot Noir這3款紅葡萄釀造的紅酒命名為「Rancore」。Andrea說，「Sangiovese肯定是 Toscana 最核心的葡萄品種，我自然將它作為「Rancore」的主要混釀品種，佔85%; 而15％ Merlot 帶來了更多的國際口感，剩下的 5％ Pinot Noir 完全出自我對這個葡萄品種的偏愛」。

口感：

- Rancore經過7年陳存，葡萄酒呈紅寶石色帶石榴邊緣，一開就已經香氣四溢，一陣陣黑梅、布冧、咸香、朱古力、橡木桶香氣撲鼻而來，入口味道和香氣一緻;

- 醒酒1小時後，最濃郁的是朱古力香氣，多了輕微皮革的氣息; 味道變得更奔放，多了成熟黑車厘子、咖啡、甘草; 增添了層次！絲滑的單寧初時有Tignanello的影子，醒酒後變得較為強勁、扎實有力; 配合酸度、酒體平衡得恰到好處。

- 令人驚喜的是悠長的餘韻，餘味超過10秒，帶有朱古力、黑梅和成熟黑車厘子的味道。

- 小編實試後認為這酒依然活力非常，屬高質素葡萄酒，有很高陳存潛力！

” Tuscany’s Sangiovese is the variety I love the most and is the major grape presence in Rancore, a wine which uses many different clones I researched and selected over decades in the vineyard of the region. Merlot accounts for 15% of the blend and provides an international touch. The 5% of Pinot Noir is the irrational essence of the project , and its presence reflects my passion for the grape and its wine. I hope that, when tasting it, you can share my boundless love for my region and for this fantastic adventure, which has, from the start, aimed at making wines of true excellence”

Andrea的人生夢想：建立自己的酒莊 - Rancore的誕生

直到1995年，Andrea終於完成了自己一直以來的人生夢想：跟太太建立自己的酒莊，哪怕只是1個葡萄園的！不幸的是Andrea的太太最後病逝剩下他，在他經歷了一段時間的低潮，再振作時就釀了這支用名畫吶喊作為酒標，來表達他的這一段人生的經歷。

以歐洲名畫「Rancore」（吶喊）作為酒標

Andrea為「Rancore」找來了歐洲表現主義開創之父的挪威畫家Edvard Munch（愛德華·蒙克）的代表作「Rancore」（吶喊）作為酒標。2012年5月3日，在紐約蘇富比印象派及現代藝術專場拍賣上，1895年創作的版本（第三版）「吶喊」，以1.199億美元拍出。
