Prestige 是 Diebolt-Vallois 最具代表性的作品，也是無數香檳愛好者認識這家 Côte des Blancs 名莊的起點。酒款採用 100% Chardonnay 釀造，葡萄來自 Cramant、Chouilly 及 Le Mesnil-sur-Oger 等 Grand Cru 村莊，完整展現 Côte des Blancs 白堊土風土的純淨與張力。與一般 NV 香檳不同，Prestige 的靈魂來自酒莊自 2009 年珍藏基酒系統，每年保留部分珍藏基酒持續融入新年份之中，令酒液同時擁有年輕 Chardonnay 的活力與超過十個年份累積而成的複雜度，經約4年酒泥熟成，並以僅約4g/L低補糖裝瓶，呈現近乎 Extra Brut 的精準風格。

A dictionary-definition, crisp and invigorating blend of Côte des Blancs villages that treads a fine line between snappy, juicy pear and grapefruit peel fruitiness and a more serious side that features sea salt minerality and crusty bread, all presented with a measured, approachable concentration and full mousse. Diebolt-Vallois 位於 Champagne 最著名的 Chardonnay 核心產區 Côte des Blancs，其酒窖座落於 Grand Cru 名村 Cramant，被譽為 Blanc de Blancs 香檳的聖地之一。

酒莊由 Diebolt 與 Vallois 兩大家族共同建立。Diebolt 家族自十九世紀末已定居於 Cramant，而 Vallois 家族的種植歷史更可追溯至十五世紀。1978年 Jacques Diebolt 與 Nadia Vallois 正式創立 Diebolt-Vallois，並開始建立自家酒窖與釀酒設施。如今已傳承至第三代，成為香檳區最受推崇的精品家族酒莊之一。

酒莊擁有約 11 至 14 公頃葡萄園，核心地塊分佈於 Cramant、Chouilly、Le Mesnil-sur-Oger 及 Cuis 等 Côte des Blancs 頂級村莊，其中以 Chardonnay 為絕對主角。

Diebolt-Vallois 一直被視為 Blanc de Blancs 專家，其風格與許多大型香檳品牌不同，不追求濃厚木桶或華麗風格，而是強調 Chardonnay 最純淨的果味、白堊土礦物感及精緻平衡。
