嵐頌香檳的調配過程繁複精細，當中使用來自100片葡萄園，總數超過400款的基酒，而其中高達30%來自於十個不同年份的窖藏酒。嵐頌為了保留酒莊原有的香檳風格，刻意抑制乳酸發酵，以保留清新口感。嵐頌香檳的浸渣陳年時間亦相比其他香檳更長，無年份香檳最少要浸渣三年，Extra Age, Noble Cuveé系列與單一園Clos Lanson更最少要浸渣五年才能出廠。在除渣、補糖、入塞之後，會額外於酒窖靜放6個月穩定酒質，更會標示除渣日期。這個勇敢的決定賦予了嵐頌香檳無與倫比的天然濃郁水果口味，富有力量，且新鮮怡人，風格獨一無二。

酒莊 Winery

Champagne Lanson（嵐頌香檳）位於法國 Champagne 產區，是該產區內一家歷史悠久的酒莊。

Champagne Lanson 的歷史始於1760年，那時 FrancoisDelamotte 開始釀造並出售自己的品牌香檳，最初的葡萄酒以 “ Delamotte Pere et Fils ” 為名出售。1786年，Francois Delamotte的兩個兒子——Nicolas-Louis 和 Alexandre 接管了酒莊。他們一起經營了酒莊幾十年，Alexandre 去世之後，Nicolas- Louis 將酒莊的名字改為“Louis Delamotte Pere et Fils”。後來，他找了一個新的合作夥伴讓 Jean- Baptiste Lanson。1837年，Nicolas-Louis去世，酒莊由他的遺孀 Delamotte-Barrachin 掌管，酒莊更名為“Veuve Delamotte-Barrachin”。在這期間，越來越多 Lason 家族的人參與到酒莊的經營之中。1856年，Delamotte-Barrachin去世，酒莊就完全由 Lason 家族掌管了，同年，酒莊最終改名為 “ Lanson Pereet Fils ”。20世紀初，酒莊由 Jean-BaptisteLanson 的侄子 Victor 和 Henri 經營，在他們的經營之下，酒莊名聲日盛。

產區 Region

嵐頌香檳以黑皮諾為主體，配上最起碼30%的霞多麗為香檳的酒體和細緻程度帶來完美平衡。莊園坐擁150公頃的葡萄園，更與擁有超過500公頃土地的葡萄農合作，來自不同風土的葡萄為嵐頌香檳帶來複雜的層次和變化。其中50%的葡萄來自優秀村落的特級與一級葡萄園。酒莊更擁有4間榨汁工房，平均散落在酒莊的葡萄園間，減少葡萄因運輸過程而產生的氧化和損耗。

Excellent complexity. 51% pinot noir, 36% chardonnay and 13% meunier. 2017 base vintage with 45% reserve wines. 8g/L dosage. Tasted from magnum. Drink now.
