Le Petit Cheval於1988年開始釀造。這款葡萄酒自第一個年份開始就表現不俗，有著自己獨特的識別度，最初的酒液來自新葡萄藤結出的果實，或是未被混調入正牌酒的酒液。如今，Le Petit Cheval已有自我的風格與釀造的標準，50%注入法國新橡木桶培養10-12個月。

Love the mineral, violets and berries on the nose. Turns to chocolate too. This is so silky and beautiful, with amazing texture for a second wine. Long and beautiful. It’s like a top Pomerol this year.

Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Le Petit Cheval sashays out of the glass with expressive notes of warm black cherries, boysenberries and preserved plums plus wafts of mocha and cigar box. Full-bodied, the palate has firm, ripe, rounded tannins and oodles of freshness supporting the generous baked berries and earthy layers, finishing long and perfumed.

【Wine Spectator 93】

This is rather backward, with a thick coating of bittersweet ganache over a massive core of roasted fig, blackberry confiture and kirsch, backed by a long, charcoal- and tar-coated structure. The finish is broad, deep and very dark, with plenty of power in reserve. An impressive second wine.

【Chateau Cheval Blanc 白馬酒莊】

Chateau Cheval Blanc 白馬酒莊位於法國波爾多右岸的Saint-Emilion 聖埃美隆產區，於1954年在Classification of Saint-Emilion 聖埃美隆葡萄酒的第一級分級中獲得了最高榮譽「Saint Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classe A」。在隨後的每個十年中，多次重新分級中也一直維持這最高等級。

1998年，酒莊開啟了另一個新篇章。 LVMH集團執行長伯納德·阿諾特（BernardArnault）和比利時首富阿爾伯特·弗雷男爵（BaronAlbert Frere）接替擔任莊主。BernardArnault 和Baron Albert Frere 尊重酒莊的傳統和歷史，保留了酒莊原有的釀酒團隊，同時注入創新理念，進一步提升酒莊葡萄酒的品質。酒莊現有的標誌性新酒窖就是依據他們兩位的想法修建的，充滿未來感，而又和周圍的葡萄園景觀和諧地融合在一起。這棟新酒窖落成於2011年6月，由著名建築師 Christian de Portzamparc 設計，內部面積達6,000平方米，配備有現代化的釀酒設備，包括52個大小不一的混凝土發酵罐，以適應不同地塊葡萄的釀造需求。
