酒莊只有9公頃左右的Chateau L’Enclos 歷史源於19世紀，由Larroucaud家族管理直至2006年才賣給美國釀酒家族Adams，他們在Napa同時擁有酒莊Adamvs，Chateau L’Enclos 部份樹齡達50年以上，最好的葡萄園地段其實離Chateau Trotanoy 和 Clinet不遠，每年只做3000箱，值得一提酒莊為了達到更佳的品質，實施了微釀酒micro vinification，購買了大量的500L 布根地木桶，將25%的收成作微釀酒，這種做法就連西班牙大莊Torres一早已採用，所謂微就是把釀酒整個過程斬件多次（即縮少並分成多個批次），並對不同的批次做行預測、實驗和分析，就是用現代科技將整個釀酒過程嚴密尸監控，以達至最佳效果.

酒莊經理Jean-Chritophe Meyrou 最初在波爾多酒商工作，直至到阿根廷的Alta Vista 酒莊做出口經理，由零產量發展到每年產量二百萬支變成了代表作，2005年被邀加入 Vignobles Pere-Verge，管理Le Gay 、La Violette和Montviel ，將其打進Pomerol 十大酒莊，到2010年幫現任美國老闆Stephen 和 Denise Adams打理法國兩家酒莊 Chateau L’enclos 和 Chateau Fonplegade ，再伙拍 Michiel Rolland 釀酒顧問。

此酒香氣就是外發型的Mocha咖啡、黑苺、Jammy般的醬果、雲尼拿、朱古力，入口有適當酸度，還感受到一點(不妥協)的單寧，一支Full Bodied ➕Powerful 的Pomerol ，請原諒小編不能用女性和輕柔如絲去形容，但絶對是苻合對玻美候的期望（那種直接型的充沛果香就是領著波美候的出世紙），這確真的歸功於波美候這個產區得天獨厚的風土，除非是過了適飲期（太老）或特別原因（死酒）.....不然就算小莊也是非常好「波」️，真係飲到支媽媽聲比較少機會，這也輕易解釋波美候無平酒這道理，由於是美國老闆加上釀酒顧問是Michiel Rolland ，造就了一支官能刺激的新派Pomerol ，喜歡醇厚成熟果味的酒友一定是你杯酒 (唔知酒莊經理聽到高唔高興呢?）

Aromas of spiced dark fruit, toasted walnuts, cocoa, leafy herbs and light tobacco. Full-bodied with an array of ripe, juicy tannins. Structured and layered with vivid dark berries and a firm, lingering finish.

Full of bright fruit, this wine is juicy and structured. Richness comes from impressive blackberry flavors allied to concentration. The wine should be ready from 2026.

【Vinous 92】

The 2020 L'Enclos is quite soft and understated. Bright red-toned fruit, mint, cinnamon, bloodorange, tobacco, incense all take shape in this pretty, accessible Merlot. The 2020 is notterribly complex nor structured, but it is both delicious and approachable, which makes it afine choice for drinking now and over the next 15-20 years.
