酒莊簡介：Chateau Valandraud 由著名的波爾多壞男孩Jean-Luc Thunevin創立，車庫酒Garage Wine創始人2012年列為St. Emilion聖愛美濃的Premier Grand Cru Classe B一級特等酒莊B,而該酒莊在2012年之前從來就沒有被正式列級過連躍三級成為波爾多右岸一級酒莊。在波爾多這塊傳統而保守的土地上，不可思議般得到了令人尊崇的榮耀！

Chateau Valandraud 是無與倫比的波爾多壞小子 Jean-Luc Thunevin 的另一款出色產品。Thunevin 是眾所周知的garagiste運動的教父，他不僅在聖埃美隆，而且在世界各地徹底改變了釀酒業。garagiste 運動只是小規模釀酒，專注於對葡萄園的最小干預。這種garagiste運動激發了波爾多的許多其他釀酒師效仿，並讓許多傳統主義者警覺起來。他們最著名的葡萄酒Château Valandraud是garagiste 運動風格的縮影。 🇫🇷法國波爾多，左岸以五大為首跨過右岸是全然不同的風景，充滿著許多小規模的精品酒莊，生產低產量，品質優越且價格高昂的酒款，一般稱呼他們為「車庫酒」」Garage Wine

在釀酒過程中，結合傳統和現代。葡萄採摘後會先進行篩選，僅有成熟度最好的葡萄才能進行釀酒。之後葡萄先放入兩個敞口的釀酒容器中發酵，再放入橡木桶中進行乳酸發酵，最後放入橡木桶陳年18個月。所用的橡木桶均為新橡木桶，於9個月更換一次。Chateau de Valandraud和Chateau de Valandraud Blanc是酒莊正牌葡萄酒。 Blanc de Valandraud是其副牌酒，這兩款都是酒莊主夫人的作品，每年的產量不超過6,000瓶。
