This 37-hectare estate in the southern Médoc (not far from the likes of La Lagune and Cantemerle) has delivered a fine effort in the form of the 2021 Sénéjac. Offering up aromas of cassis, spices, pipe tobacco and loamy soil, it's medium-bodied, ample and fleshy, with the supple tannins and charming, open personality that's typical of wines from this sector. Château Talbot's Jean-Michel Laporte is the winemaker.

【酒莊 Chateau Senejac】

Chateau Senejac 位於法國波爾多左岸Haut Medoc產區，子產區包括有Pauillac, Margaux, Saint Juluen, Saint Estephe等名星產區，Haut Medoc產區本身都雲集 5家1855年分級的列級莊，同接近90間中級莊，喺波爾多不可劃缺嘅優質產區。

曾經喺中級莊嘅Senejac 一向喺性價比嘅代表。連出名毒舌嘅Jancis Robinson都曾稱2010 嘅Senejac係當年最愛的中級莊之一！！

1999年開始由前Chateau Talbot 莊主Lorraine Cordier 買入後，酒質開始進步，Lorraine去世後，由他的姊妹Nancy Bignon Cordier經營，配上以Alfred Tesseron為首的Chateau Pontet Canet釀酒團隊處理，再加埋多間1級莊嘅釀酒顧問Eric Boissenot加持，品質無庸置疑！

當地的泥土都有大量嘅礫石可以幫助葡萄成熟，由其令到Bordeaux代表品種Cabernet Sauvignon 更穩定同更成熟～而Senejac仲要位於最南端 Parempuyre 鎮西郊含有豐富礫石嘅砂地上，風土絕對唔輸蝕！
