特色：木桶陳存24個月，一半在Tonneau木桶(500Litre 公升)，一半在 Barrique (225Litre 公升), 再在酒樽陳存6個月

口感：由於年份係“2015”，有足夠時間俾支酒去沉殿，落木桶陳存的時間又長，足足30個月，所以可塑性，層次變化特別高！聞落去已好豐富，吾同醒酒的時間(30min-120min)都會有變化: 山楂，話莓，黑莓，烘烤，Mocha，橡木（其中用左225L 細桶，所以特別明顯）薄荷! Robert Parker 形容得好：“呢支 La Castellina 的Chianti Classico Gran Seleione 的細緻位（lots of detailing）做得好好，超越其他 Castellina產區的酒莊！”入口酒體和單寧中高Medium + 已經冇走雞，酒體大之餘有咩層次？丁香，咖啡，黑朱古力，蕃茄，乾的黑莓，雲尼拿~ 餘韻係足足10秒，留係口中時感受得緩緩的單寧，係超滑呀，呢個同卡思娜酒莊的精確的木桶運用非常有關，全部都係功夫野！

Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 是來自意大利Tuscana的驕傲中精選，除了複雜且嚴格的法規限制外，它總產量佔Chianti Classico 不到10%。經典基安帝頂級精選葡萄酒必須由該產區內的酒莊釀造，葡萄必須採自自己的葡萄園，而且葡萄酒必須陳釀2年半後才能上市，其中包括至少3個月的酒瓶陳釀( 呢支La Castellina 在酒樽陳存6個月), 酒精度要求都特別高，最少要13%！Robert Parker 更誇獎卡思娜酒莊：“There is tonic crispness here and lots of detailing that you don't get in many of the other 2012 Chianti Classicos from Castellina in Chianti.”

A smoky and lightly wooden Gran Selezione with blackberries, too. Full body, chewy and rich with plenty of vanilla and chocolate at the finish. Still needs time to come together.
