Chivite Las Fincas Blanco白葡萄酒是由Garnacha Tinta(紅葡萄酒)和Garnacha Blanca(白葡萄酒)葡萄釀製而成， 在法國橡木桶中進行了部分發酵，再在酒糟上陳化了5個月，直到裝瓶為止，帶啤梨，青菠蘿，青蘋果以及奶蘇香氣，少少的礦物口感，並帶有淡淡的石榴和醋栗的香氣。口感非常活潑，酸度中上，柔滑而持久。

Game between the freshness and acidity of Garnacha Tinta and the

volume and body provided by Garnacha Blanca. The result is a tasty wine

with a marked fruity character (pomegranate, tropical fruit, white fruit).

What’s all the fuss ? I suppose first ofall, Chivite Las Fincas Blanco is a collaboration between two Masters in theirfield. The first, Chef extraordinaire, Juan Mari Arzak, proprietor of 3Michelin Star restaurant in San Sebastián and Julian Chivite, head of Chivitefamily estates which has been in the Chivite family since 1647, by far theoldest estate in Navarra and one of the oldest estates in Spain. The idea ofcreating the Las Fincas range was born out of the longstanding friendshipbetween the Chivite and Arzak families and the numerous conversations and occasionsspent enjoying good food and good wine in each other’s company. Thus, at one ofthese get-togethers, the idea of creating a wine that would be "that winewe’d always like to enjoy together" was born. This wine would also be atribute to the know-how of an old family, the Arzaks. The Las Fincas wines aredesigner wines not just because of the attractiveness of their presentation butbecause of the great care taken in their crafting. These are authentic,sophisticated and perfectly-crafted wines. No wonder it’s@lorrainekeaneofficial Lorraine’s favourite place to eat outside Ireland andher favourite white and rose wine 😊 The white Grenache grapes are directly pressed. Skin contact iskept to a minimum within the press itself, with the must delicately drawn at alow pressure. The must from the red Grenache is gently extracted as soon as thegrapes are crushed after destemming, avoiding as much as possible any contactwith the coloring pigments in the skins. Both wines undergo ageing on the leesfor 5 months until they’re blended and then bottled.

Chivte 酒莊: 

酒莊歷史非常之有悠久， 由1672年開始。在西班牙Navarra産區非常之出名，每一年的酒幾乎都有90幾分以上。 J. Chivite Family Estates生產的葡萄酒被著名的Guide Penin的品嚐團隊評為最佳。

自1993年以來，Denis Dubourdieu一直在Chivite工作，擔任顧問，Denis是波爾多葡萄酒研究所教授兼所長，除了獲得眾多科學榮譽之外，他還被授予法國政府頒發的農業功績勳章。他管理了五個家族並作為釀酒師，擔任一些最負盛名的釀酒廠，包括Chateau d'Yquem滴金酒莊和Cheval Blanc白馬酒莊。
